Terms of Sales

These general terms and conditions of sale or provision of services apply, without restriction or reservation, to all products and/or services offered for sale on DroitBelge.Net (www.droitbelge.net) (hereinafter referred to as “chantalvereyen.myshopify.com”).

The fact that a natural or legal person places an order on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version and over the Customer's own general terms and conditions of purchase or others.

Price – Payment terms

Current rates are inclusive of tax, we reserve the right to postpone any new tax and rate increase.

Prices shown are in Euros.

You must pay for all purchases when ordering, to the bank details indicated in the order confirmation email.

Complaints

Any complaint and/or dispute by the customer against the service must be made exclusively by e-mail to the following address: info@chantalvereyen.com , no later than 48 hours from their collection from the relay point, otherwise they will be forfeited. In the event of damaged packages, please send us photos.

Deliveries

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the Customer's expense.
Deliveries are made via Mondial Relay and Bpost in the following countries:
Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal.

Delivery times are set by the Carrier:

Mondial Relay: 3 working days from collection for a delivery in Belgium. For international deliveries, the time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Bpost: between 2 and 10 working days from receipt of the package.
