Returns and Refunds

Return conditions:

To make a return, please contact us via info@chantalvereyen.com or via the contact form .

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, in accordance with European legislation. The return of the package is the responsibility of the buyer.

In case the package arrives damaged, please send us photos.

Refund conditions :

Refund is made within 2-3 days after receiving the package, only if the package is intact and without missing products.

Packages not collected from the relay point will not be refunded.
For a new shipment of the uncollected package, payment of shipping costs will be requested.
