Which countries are delivered to?
Deliveries are made via Mondial Relay and Bpost in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal
Deliveries are made only via Bpost in the following countries: Canada, Denmark, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times are set by the Carrier:
Mondial Relay: 3 working days from collection for delivery in Belgium. For international deliveries, the time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.
Bpost: between 2 and 10 working days from receipt of the package.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to the customs process in your country. We ask you to take these possible delays into consideration when planning your order, especially for special occasions.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and local taxes upon arrival in your country. What is the difference between Bpost and Mondial Relay?
Bpost is a home delivery method. If you choose this delivery method, your package will be sent to the address entered before the payment step.
Mondial Relay is a relay point delivery method. When the purchase is made, you will be asked to choose the relay point where you wish to be delivered.
What is a relay point?
A relay point is a physical location where your packages are dropped off when you choose the Mondial Relay delivery method.
Your packages are kept for 8 days at the relay point. Once these 8 days have passed, your package will be returned to us.
We offer our customers the flexibility to choose their preferred relay point when ordering. However, in case the customer does not explicitly select a relay point, our logistics team will take care of choosing the relay point to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
