Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

Delivery
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Check our shipping page to see a list of destinations and associated shipping rates.
Your package is kept for 8 days, if the deadline is exceeded it will be returned to us. For a new shipment of the uncollected package, payment of the shipping costs will be requested. You will need to contact us via info@chantalvereyen.com or via the contact form .
The choice of the relay point is made after payment, if you have not chosen it or if there has been a problem; do not hesitate to contact us via info@chantalvereyen.com or via the contact form .
If you do not choose your relay point, we will do it for you.
Packages are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays; once payment has been made.
Delivery time varies depending on the carrier chosen: 3 to 6 days for Mondial Relay and 2 to 10 days for Bpost.
During holiday periods or carrier overload, delivery time may increase due to too many requests.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to the customs process in your country. We ask you to take these possible delays into consideration when planning your order, especially for special occasions.
